Easy Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your order. If needed, our return process is simple and straightforward.

Return Timeline

Returns must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery.
Returns sent within 45 days of delivery (but after 21 days) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

What Can Be Returned

All dresses (standard sizes only) are eligible for return or exchange within 45 days of delivery.
Accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in new condition.
All tags and ribbons must be attached.
Items must be free from makeup, stains, deodorant marks, odors, hair, and damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for return shipping if the item needs to be sent back again.

Return Shipping Fees (Domestic Orders Only)

If you choose to use our prepaid return label, the following flat rates apply per item and will be deducted from your refund:

Short Dresses – $9
Long Dresses & Wedding Dresses – $12
Quinceañera Dresses – $20

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

Refunds & Fees

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee per item, plus return shipping fees.
If you choose store credit, the 15% restocking fee is waived (shipping fees still apply).
For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived if the item is returned in original condition.

If an item is returned damaged or not in acceptable condition, the restocking fee will still apply and the return may be rejected.

Please note that shipping fees, including express and international shipping, are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Complete the Return Form
Submit the Return Form on our website within 45 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Ship Your Item
Once approved, return your item using the provided instructions.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Processing Time
Once your return is received, refunds or store credit will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Timing
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Important Notice

LuneViva is not responsible for unauthorized returns or items sent that were not purchased from our store.

What items are excluded from returns and exchanges

Sale items or any item marked Final Sale on the product page
Customized or made-to-order items
Accessories
Items purchased as part of special promotions

Returns from multiple orders should not be combined in one package.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item, start your return request first and then place a new order for the replacement item. Once your return is received, your original payment will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it will follow the standard return policy.

For custom items, cancellations made after 72 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

About Sizing / Alterations

Sizes shown on product pages are in U.S. sizing and are provided based on design specifications.

Please review the size chart and measurement guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

Due to differences in body shape, alterations may be required to achieve the best fit.
